Our Strategy
We lend Loan to Value, not Loan to Cost, on new development or commercial value add real estate. Essentially funding 100% of the total loan amount. We work with you directly during your loan acquisition. Our goal is to get you the property you desire with minimal interruption to your daily life and streamline our process for minimal disruption. Our private loans are non-recourse. Funding can take place anywhere from 45-90 days upon commitment terms fulfilled.
